The People Behind the Work.
Experienced, direct, and deeply human, the Radiance team brings business judgment, real-world perspective, and a commitment to doing work that holds up.

Stacia Thompson
Founder, President & Head Coach
Stacia brings nearly thirty years of enterprise experience to every engagement, spanning Fortune 50 companies, global financial institutions, and high-growth startups, including IBM, Oracle, Disney, Airbnb, Moody’s Analytics, and First Republic Bank.
That range has given her a rare capability: she can assess a business and the people running it with equal precision, then determine what each one needs, in what order, and why.
She founded Radiance to become the firm she would have called a hundred times throughout her own career: the one that sees the whole picture, tells the truth, and stays.

Amber Hamilton
Director of Client Solutions & Head of Nonprofit Partnerships
Amber is a relationship-driven business development and client engagement professional with experience across the nonprofit sector, high-touch wellness, behavioral health, and transformational service environments.
At Radiance, she leads strategic partnerships and guides prospective clients through the consultation process, helping each person or organization identify the right entry point into the practice, whether through coaching, consulting, or the Radiance AI Institute™.
She brings the same instinct to every conversation she has on behalf of Radiance: listen first, understand what’s genuinely needed, and connect people with the service that will actually support them.

Abu Sufyan
Technology Partner, Web & Digital Systems
Abu builds and maintains the systems Radiance runs on. He works across web development, WooCommerce, automation, and AI integration, and has spent the better part of a decade building for businesses that need their technology to hold up under real use rather than look good in a demo.
At Radiance, he is responsible for the firm’s digital infrastructure: the website, the systems behind it, and the integrations that connect how clients find Radiance to how Radiance actually works. He treats a website as an operating asset rather than a brochure, which means asking what a business needs the thing to do before deciding what it should look like.
That approach fits how Radiance works. Understand the conditions first. Build for them second.
Abu works from Pakistan with clients across the United States, Europe, and Australia.
