Radiance Consulting & Coaching Groupe, LLC (“Radiance”, “we”, “us”) operates rccgroupe.com. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Information you give us
When you complete the contact form we collect your first name, last name, email address, and the message you write. You may also choose to give us a phone number and an organization name, and you select an area of interest. We also record that you ticked the consent box, along with the date and time of the submission.
We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to continue the conversation you started.
Booking a discovery call
Our booking calendar is provided by a third-party scheduling platform embedded on our Contact page. When you book, the information you enter goes to that platform as well as to us, and their own privacy terms apply to their handling of it. We use it to schedule and prepare for the call.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, browser type and pages requested. These support security and reliability. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
Cookies
This site sets a small number of cookies needed for it to work and to stay secure. The embedded booking widget may set its own cookies when it loads. Our Cookie Policy sets this out in more detail.
If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence so we have a record of what was discussed. We do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that operate this website and our scheduling, and only so far as they need it to provide that service. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as the relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we have a record of the engagement. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under state or national law, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of them.
Children
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. The latest version will always be available at rccgroupe.com/legal/privacy-policy.
