Radiance wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced motion settings.

The standard we build to

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at level AA. That standard covers colour contrast, keyboard operation, text alternatives for images, clear form labels and predictable navigation.

What we have done

• Every page can be operated with a keyboard alone, and the focused element is always visible.
• Form fields have visible labels, and errors are announced rather than shown by colour alone.
• Images that carry meaning have text alternatives. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Movement is kept small, and it is switched off entirely if your device asks for reduced motion.
• A skip link lets you jump straight to the main content.

Where we know we fall short

Accessibility is ongoing rather than finished. Third-party content embedded on this site, including our booking calendar, is not fully under our control, and we cannot guarantee it meets the same standard.
