Let's Rise and Get to Work!™
Stacia brings nearly thirty years of enterprise experience to every engagement, spanning Fortune 50 companies, global financial institutions, and high-growth startups, including IBM, Oracle, Disney, Airbnb, Moody's Analytics, and First Republic Bank.
Throughout her career, she’s held director-level and C-suite-adjacent roles, served as a board advisor, and worked on both sides of major acquisitions representing more than $4 billion in integration activity.
That range has given her a rare capability: she can assess a business and the people running it with equal precision, then determine what each one needs, in what order, and why. That perspective is the foundation of Radiance Consulting & Coaching Groupe, LLC.
Her authority isn’t solely professional. Stacia has rebuilt after profound loss more than once, and she brings that lived experience directly into her practice. Her clients don’t get a strategist who’s only studied resilience. They get someone who’s lived it.
She founded Radiance to become the firm she would have called a hundred times throughout her own career: the one that sees the whole picture, tells the truth, and stays.
Stacia leads with curiosity and closes with conviction. She asks hard questions without apology, holds high standards without becoming rigid, and brings a warmth that never softens the rigor, even when the easier answer would be more comfortable.
She believes great work begins with an accurate picture of what’s happening and the willingness to act on it.
Clients often describe working with her as the first time they’ve felt fully seen, not only as business owners or executives, but as human beings. That’s not an accident. It’s the whole point.
