Radiance Consulting & Coaching Groupe, LLC was founded on one conviction, proven over nearly thirty years: when the humans are right, the business follows. Every time.
Spend nearly thirty years inside some of the world’s most complex organizations and you learn how companies actually move, how decisions really get made, and how often success or failure comes down to people, not strategy alone.
Our founder, Stacia Thompson, built her career across Fortune 50 companies, global financial institutions, and high-growth startups. She’s held director-level and C-suite-adjacent roles, served as a board advisor, and worked on both sides of major acquisitions representing more than $4 billion in integration activity.
Across those organizations, she saw the same problem repeat itself. Companies invested heavily in systems, technology, and process, then left the people responsible for making those investments work to figure it out on their own.
The results were predictable: turnover, stalled growth, poor execution, and businesses with all the right pieces that still couldn’t move.
She also saw what happened when the pressure became personal. Leaders carried the weight of the business into every part of their lives. Talented people lost confidence, direction, or a sense of who they were outside their roles. Career change, recovery, grief, relationships, and reinvention didn’t stop at the office door. Neither did the consequences of ignoring them.
That’s why coaching has always been central to Radiance. The work gives leaders and individuals a place to examine what’s happening beneath the performance, make grounded decisions, and move forward with greater self-trust and accountability. Business context matters in coaching because work shapes people’s lives. Human context matters in consulting because people shape the business.
That same principle now applies to AI, where the technology may be new, but the underlying problem is familiar: organizations are moving quickly to adopt new tools while the people expected to use them are often left without enough guidance, preparation, or understanding of how their judgment, responsibilities, and jobs may change.
That gap is what led to the creation of the Radiance AI Institute™. It helps organizations adopt AI responsibly and effectively while preparing the people inside them to understand what’s changing, what’s expected of them, and how to work with the technology without surrendering judgment to it.
Radiance exists to close these gaps wherever they appear, whether they’re showing up in a business, in a person’s life, or in the space between technology and the humans expected to make it work.
We work at the level of the organization and at the level of the people carrying it because those aren’t separate concerns. Strategy doesn’t execute itself. Technology doesn’t lead. Personal change doesn’t happen in a vacuum. A business is only as strong as the humans responsible for running it, and people do their best work when their professional and personal lives aren’t treated as unrelated problems.

How We Work
We don’t begin with assumptions
We don’t begin with assumptions, packaged answers, or a predetermined path. We begin by understanding what’s actually happening, what’s getting in the way, and what needs attention first.
Every consulting engagement begins with the Business Breakout Review™, our proprietary executive diagnostic. We examine how the business operates across its processes, pressure points, people, patterns, and performance signals. We separate what’s load-bearing from what’s noise, then determine what needs to change now, what should come next, and what can wait.
Coaching starts with the same commitment to understanding the full picture. We look at what’s happening in the client’s life, career, relationships, leadership, or recovery, along with the patterns and circumstances shaping it. Together, we identify what’s keeping them stuck, what’s within their control, and what needs to change for meaningful progress to begin.
Sequence matters
Sequence matters. Fixing the wrong problem first wastes time, money, and attention. It can also create an entirely new set of problems. Our job is to establish the right order of work before the work begins.
We work with clients, not above them
In consulting, that means strengthening the systems, judgment, and leadership capability inside the organization so progress doesn’t depend on our continued presence. Within three months, clients should see measurable movement. By six months, they should be operating more proactively, recognizing their own signals, and dealing with problems before they become crises.
In coaching, it means helping clients make honest decisions, build trust in their own judgment, and take responsibility for what comes next. We provide structure, perspective, challenge, and support, but we don’t hand people a script for their lives or encourage dependence on the coaching relationship.
That’s success at Radiance. Not dependency. Greater capacity, stronger judgment, and the ability to move forward, with an experienced partner available when the next challenge arrives.
